Mission Statement

To strengthen the psychological and emotional wellbeing of vulnerable male youth struggling with the challenges of growing up without the positive influence of a father or father figure through a positive bonding and caring one-on-one relationship with an honest, respectful and dependable adult male outside of the youth's family to change their lives as long as they live.

VISION

Tranquil Manor Mentoring Program envisions communities in which every Vulnerable youth impacted by father absence experience positive nurturing powered by Mentors to help them cultivate the traits and mental stability for attaining their full potential, capable of making informed, responsible decisions as involved members of their communities and lead healthy productive, pro social lives.

Purpose

Young people especially males do not like to be constantly subjected to female authority and as a result engage in countering behaviors that most often lead them down the wrong path.

Our goal for vulnerable male youth is to help them avoid the pitfalls that will derail their opportunity to transition successfully into adulthood and this goal we achieve through the influence of a caring, trusting, male mentor on a long term basis and positive out of school activities and experiences.
